Terms & Conditions – BachataMe

1. Membership & Fees

  • More info coming when we´ve launched the membership.

2. Payments / Refunds

  • All membership payments are securely processed through Stripe.

  • Memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer law for digital services.

  • By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that access to BachataMe Hub is delivered immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) is waived.

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation only stops future renewals – no refunds are given for the current membership period.

3. Content & Usage

All premium content provided through BachataMe (articles, interviews, guides, downloadable PDFs, promo codes, etc.) is for strictly personal use only.

  • It may not be shared, copied, distributed, or resold without written permission from BachataMe.

4. Member Contributions

  • Members may upload and share content (such as pictures, videos, or comments) within the platform.

  • By posting content, you grant BachataMe a non-exclusive right to display this material within the platform. You retain full ownership of your content.

  • BachataMe reserves the right to remove content that is harmful, offensive, or violates our Community Guidelines.

5. Community Guidelines

By becoming a member, you agree to follow our Community Guidelines, which include:

  • Treating others with respect and kindness

  • Avoiding offensive, harmful, or discriminatory behavior

  • Not sharing false, copyrighted, or harmful material

  • Contributing to a safe, supportive, and empowering community

Violation of these guidelines may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

6. Member Discounts (promocodes)

    • Stockholm Bachata Weekend 2026

      • Discount: 25€ off (Full Pass only).

      • Applies only to active BachataMe Members.

      • Limited to 50 promocodes in total.

      • First come, first served.

    • Human ReCharge – Brain & Performance

      • Discount: 15% on all services.

      • Applies to all active BachataMe Members.

      • No limitation on number of uses.

    • Dance Training Specific

      • Discount: 15% on trainings and courses.

      • Applies to all active BachataMe Members.

      • No limitation on number of uses.

    • CF Brazil Fitness & Beach Wear

      • Discount: 10% on all dance and beach wear

      • Applies to all active BachataMe Members.

      • No limitation on number of uses.

7. Termination

  • You may cancel your membership at any time, but no refunds will be given for the remaining membership period.

  • BachataMe reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms & Conditions or the Community Guidelines.

8. Liability

BachataMe provides content and community services “as is” and does not guarantee specific outcomes for your personal or dance development.
We are not responsible for technical issues, downtime, or interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall be settled in Swedish courts.
