4. Waiting list Sign-Up

When you sign up to be notified about the opening of the BachataMe membership, we collect your name and email address.

  • This information will only be used to contact you once the membership opens and to share essential updates related to the launch.

  • Submitting your information is non-binding and does not create a membership agreement.

  • After the launch, the waiting list will be deleted. If you wish to be removed earlier, you can request this at any time by contacting us at info@bachatame.se.

  • Manage memberships and provide access to BachataMe Hub

  • Deliver services, features, and community functions

  • Process bookings and provide customer support

6. Payments

All membership payments are processed securely through Stripe.
BachataMe does not store or process full payment card details directly.

7. Refunds & Cancellation

Memberships are non-refundable once access has been granted, in accordance with EU consumer law for digital services.
By purchasing a membership, you acknowledge that access to BachataMe Hub is delivered immediately and that your statutory right of withdrawal (14 days) is waived.

You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation only stops future renewals – no refunds are given for the current membership period.

8. Data retention

We keep your personal data for as long as you are a member of BachataMe.
Certain records (such as invoices and payment history) are retained for 7 years as required by Swedish accounting and tax laws. After this period, your data will be securely deleted.

9. Sharing of data

We do not sell or trade your personal data. Data may be shared with trusted third-party service providers only when necessary to provide our services, such as:

  • Website hosting and backup providers

  • Booking system provider (SimplyBook.me)

  • Payment providers (Stripe)
